Holy cow, some advertising I did last year seems to have hit some success!

I haven’t advertised or visited this site for a year, yet my hits there have remained steady. People apparently found the place right after I stopped promoting them, of course. I thought they had discontinued the affiliate program completely, so I had stopped watching them.
By the way, I do believe I used Backpage in my advertising efforts last year, and since something worked, I’m using Backpage again.
For this, although there is the option of putting ads in one at a time for free, I think there is a rule about placing duplicate ads in multiple cities, so I generally pay to post my ad in multiple cities. It’s so much easier anyway.
I do some research on what cities are the best to target, copy them into an Open Office document so that I can keep track of what I have done, and choose all the best cities or states. Keep in mind that some goods cannot be sent to Canada, so you may not want to advertise there.
It depends on my mood, budget, and what I discovered while researching whether I pay for having the ads up for a longer period of time, or choose more cities.
This time I found some top cities lists, which gave me 20 cities to target. Upon choosing all of them, the total was less than $24. I copied the ad I created into the document where I saved the cities, and I’m done for the day.
