Squidoo and Vegan Product Reviews
Well, I kept hearing this weird word, and being told I needed to create a Squidoo page. I finally checked it out.
Squidoo is a free page site. They call their pages “lenses”.
They walk you through many steps toward creating a page that will rank well. It’s a pain, but if you want a high ranking site, you can use it as a learning experience.
Once you have created a basic page and attempted to publish it, you will most likely get a warning that you haven’t put enough content on your lens. I kept going back to add more until it finally let me publish it. I can go into a lens health check, which is still giving me pointers about how to improve. It’s saying my introduction is too short, my lens title needs work, etc.
Squidoo automates ads for your site, so all you have to do is create the content. They then either send your earnings from the ads to you or to a charity of your choice. If you have Amazon books that you would like to recommend, they have provided an area on the lens for that.
They have an extensive links area where you can link your blog and other cool sites to your lens.
