Adsense Relevance and Platinum SEO Pack Review in Word Press
I don’t know much about SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Knowing how well my SEO is doing takes a degree of knowledge that I do not possess.
However, I have uncovered something helpful which gives me some degree of feedback.
When I created my blog on Hydrophidian.com, I put adsense linkage on the page. I noticed that they were all dedicated to water-related products, which I understand, but Hydrophidian is a band!
Once I installed and set up the SEO Automatic WP Core Tweaks and the Platinum SEO Pack, which included typing in the main keywords for the site, I went back to look at the adsense ads, and they are now all music related.
With my limited knowledge of all the follow and index jargon, I still don’t know how much of it works, but I can tell that it’s already helping. However, the adsense links are only correctly pointing to music on the first page, and not the secondary pages like the contact form. Apparently Google adsense is put on all pages, unless perhaps you use a plugin that allows for different templates.
This was on the Get Some! theme which states in it’s description that it is adsense ready and SEO optimized. Dangit. I’m so lost.
