Cat Grass Money

Yesterday I attempted to locate some non-sponsored YouTube users with highly viewed videos to see if I could get them promote something for me, but then I figured I needed to figure out how to create annotations on a video before asking someone else to do it.
I had not yet submitted any video to YouTube, so that was my first challenge.
I had a really adorable video of our cat on my computer already, so I loaded up the tiny thing into Windows Movie Maker and played with the titles and credits for far longer than I had planned.
I decided to promote something, anything really, and visited ClickBank. Even though there are cat-related items available, I still chose a money-making info product, something with a really high gravity.
I don’t especially like some aspects of how the video looks, but my goal of “putting any video on YouTube” was achieved November 19, 2010 at 9:00pm Central time:
Excellent! It pops right up here, and you can see the cat rather than my first title page, groovy.
Now I think I’ll tweet it and maybe toss it on Linked-In or anything else I might have connected to my Ping account.
