Today I’m attempting to create “any danged squeeze page”. MailChimp is free, so I am making the attempt using it.
Mail Chimp doesn’t have all the groovy graphics like AWeber has, so rather than figure all that out today too, I just did a sign up sheet with no graphics, I decided to add a survey to it. I wanted more survey options, but when filling out the form, it only allows one answer to be given. So I had to change the field from “multiple choice” to “check boxes”, typing out everything over again.
In spite of all the distractions that occurred today, it has not yet hit midnight so GOAL ACHIEVED! I created:

I attempted to gain the embed code using their “create embed code for small form” link, but all it said was “Subscribe to our mailing list”. I then attempted to grab the source code from the page listed above, but that was a bit off as well. I’ll have to look into that some other time.
